My real estate career began in 2011 at UC Funds, a national commercial lender. During my eight years with UC Funds, I underwrote and closed more than 200 transactions totaling over $2 billion in value. Those deals were in multiple asset classes (multifamily, hospitality, retail, and industrial) spread across the country.
As my exposure to a wide array of markets grew, the complementary disciplines of urban economics and real estate development became my passion. I sought the answers to questions like:
- Why do some cities add jobs and population while others lag?
- Why do certain neighborhoods within a city achieve faster growth than others?
- Which markets are poised for the most rent and real estate value growth in the future?
After two years of research and data analysis, I established Reventure Consulting and its suite of solutions. Born as a result of my dual passion, Reventure Consulting helps clients connect the dots between urban economics and real estate development.
